After this harsh winter, it’s important to deep clean your car to rid it of all that damaging salt. Next, be sure to check your tires. Potholes are the enemy during the Spring; that coupled with the fluctuation in your tire pressure due to the change in temperatures, can leave your more vulnerable to getting a flat tire.
For safety prep–there are some useful items you should have in your trunk that some would overlook. You may be armed with your umbrella, but how about rain boots?! With the uncertainty of Spring weather, you never know when the next downpour will strike, and flimsy flats won’t cut it! Make sure you have a flashlight handy, a complete Triple A emergency pack and don’t forget an extra change of clothes.
